Independent Restaurant Coalition Shares Information about Restaurant Revitalization Fund Applications

The American Rescue Plan contains specific provisions for restaurants and establishes the Restaurant Revitalization Fund. This fund provides $28.6 billion in relief grants to small to midsize restaurants that have been struggling as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The fund will be managed by the Small Business Administration (SBA). Applications will open at 12 pm ET on Monday, May 3, 2021. IRC suggests visiting the application portal at restaurants.sba.gov this Friday, April 30th after 9am ET to create your account.
