A chapter of Kiwanis International, the Hoover Metro Kiwanis Club exists to improve the lives of children through various community projects. Club projects include: reading at local elementary schools, providing college scholarships to Hoover and Spain Park graduates, and participating in Smile-A-Mile activities. Membership is open to civic minded individuals who reside, work, or participate in activities within the City of Hoover.
