2022 Southeast Championship Youth Flag Football Tournament

The City of Hoover is proud to host the 2022 Southeast Championship Youth Flag Football Invitational Tournament. Join us the weekend of November 19th and 20th at the Hoover Met Complex for the largest two day flag football tournament in the state of Alabama.

The 2022 Southeast Championship Flag Football Tournament is presented by Dicks' Sporting Goods. This is an open tournament for any recreational or all star teams who would like to compete. Expected are teams all across Alabama, Georgia, Florida and Tennessee to come together and battle for numerous division titles. If your team has what it takes, join us for an event like no other.

Tournament Details

 When: November 19th and 20th, 2022

 Where: The Hoover Met Complex Turf Football Fields, 5500 Stadium Trace Parkway Hoover, AL 35244

Coaches Meeting: Friday, November 18th at the Hoover Senior Center Auditorium (400 Municipal Dr. Hoover, AL 36216)

• 6U and 7U at 5 PM
• 8U-14U at 5:30 PM

 Divisions: Are determined by Age: Age Chart

6 years or under as of January 1^st 2022
7 years or under as of January 1^st 2022
8 years or under as of January 1^st 2022
9 years or under as of January 1^st 2022
10 years or under as of January 1^st 2022
11 years or under as of January 1^st 2022
12 years or under as of January 1^st 2022
13 years or under as of January 1^st 2022
14 years or under as of January 1st 2022
 
Example: If you were born in 2011, you will play in the 10U division. This means that every player participating in this division was 10 years of age or younger as of December 31st, 2021.
 
 Birth Certificates are required. 
Entry: $225.00 per team
Parking Fee: Zero
Gate Fee: Zero
Seating: There will be no spectator seating on the fields. Please bring your own seating (lawn chair, bench, etc.)
Deadline to Register: Thursday, November 10th, 2022 or when full. No refunds will be issued after Friday, November 11th.

New Additional Rule: A player is allowed to play on separate teams in different divisions as long as the player meets age requirements. Also, the schedule will not be altered if conflicts occur due to a player playing on 2 different teams.
