BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

To consider requests for variances to Appendix I, Zoning, of the Municipal Code, and requests for special exceptions and administrative appeals.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Applications, accompanied by required documentation and application fee, must be submitted 15 calendar days prior to the meeting to the Planning and Zoning Department in order to be placed on the upcoming agenda. Applications are available on the website at the link provided below.

Application deadlines are strictly enforced and failure to meet these submission dates will result in delay of the application process.
