Hoover has adopted a stormwater management plan regarding stormwater implementation methods and practices and submits an annual report to The Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM).  The report and plan are available for review.

On June 15, 2022 representatives of the Alabama Department of Environmental Management's Stormwater Management Branch conducted an audit of the City of Hoover's Phase I MS4 program for compliance with NPDES Permit ALS000027.  The report is available for review at the link below.
